I built SkyRoster as a pilot, for people who live the same day: crews, OCC, planners, trainers.

• The early report.
• The short turn.
• The hotel desk in a city that is not home.
• The phone that should not make things worse when the plan moves.

Airlines already have enough tools that feel like they were written for somebody else’s job. The idea here is simpler: one place for the company — roster, the ops day, weather when you need a look, the paperwork that actually gets used, a calm screen for crew on the phone — and different doors for different people, not three separate products.

It is aimed at airlines that fly for real — national and charter size, roughly twenty to fifty aircraft and a few hundred crew. Smaller companies fit too. The point is a calm desk you can finish the day on, not a giant pairing factory.

This is practical software for a real company day. It is not a magic pairing machine, not a certified performance bible, and not a promise that the sky will behave. Fill suggests; people still decide. When a data feed is down, we say so — the desk should still work.

If something is missing, say so. We listen like people who still fly and still sit that desk.
